The Golden Mile How could Marbella’s most exclusive seaside address do anything but feature at the top of the list? The very cream of its residential offering is made up by the frontline beach villas, mansions and luxury apartment complexes that enjoy stunning vistas of the sea and have direct access to beach and coastal path alike. The latter extends all the way to Marbella town in the east and Puerto Banús in the west, continuing on to San Pedro Alcántara.
Besides being home to the iconic Marbella Club and Puente Romano resort hotels, the coastal part of the Golden Mile is home to some of the finest property for sale in Marbella, an area where demand consistently outstrips supply.
Puerto Banús For people who wish for a faster-paced seaside way of life, Puerto Banús offers large sandy beaches dotted with fish restaurants and trendy beach clubs, as well as the restaurants, cafés, boutiques, night spots and designer shopping outlets that radiate outwards from the famous marina, where super yachts lie moored in an iconic Marbella setting. Here, luxurious frontline beach apartment and penthouse complexes offer tranquillity and comfort within walking distance from all the action.
Nueva Alcántara This newly emerging coastal area on the beach side of San Pedro Alcántara features a coastal promenade fronted by good restaurants and backed by green zones before you reach a collection of mostly modern luxury apartments. The homes in Nueva Alcántara are therefore often brand new, featuring the latest styles, technology and amenities, set in a popular location five minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banús and a series of golf courses.
Guadalmina Baja Guadalmina Baja is a luxurious, mostly level residential area where large private villas and a smaller collection of quality apartments and townhouses overlook a broad park golf course that extends all the way to the beach, which it follows in classic fashion.
