# About

On a generous double plot of 1,716 m² in La Quinta, Benahavís, this fully renovated villa pairs classic Andalusian architecture with the comfort of a modern home. Lush tropical gardens with mature palms surround the house, and the views stretch towards La Concha mountain and the Mediterranean. A gated entrance and cobbled driveway with room for four cars lead to a covered porch with timber beams and a hand-carved front door. Inside, a double-height hall with a wrought-iron staircase sets the tone. The living room with fireplace opens onto a covered terrace, the formal dining room seats ten and connects to a brand-new kitchen, and a separate family lounge offers a more relaxed space. Terracotta floors run throughout, giving the home its warm, authentic character. The villa is spread over three levels linked by a lift. The master suite is on the ground floor, with a walk-in wardrobe, private office and en suite bathroom with double basins. Three more bedrooms are upstairs, one with its own terrace facing the mountains, and the lower level adds a self-contained guest suite, a wine room and a two-car garage. In total there are five bedrooms and six bathrooms, finished with freestanding baths, vessel basins, brushed brass fittings and walk-in rain showers. The renovation brought a new kitchen and laundry, water-based underfloor heating throughout, new air conditioning, solar panels and a Sonos sound system inside and out. Outside, a pool with waterfall is framed by wide terracotta terraces and sun areas. A Bali-style pool bar with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dishwasher and drinks fridges sits next to an alfresco dining area and outdoor lounge, while covered terraces with patio heaters make the garden usable all year. A hot tub, lawn and tall hedges complete a private, peaceful setting. A characterful family home with excellent spaces for entertaining, close to the golf courses, international schools and amenities of Benahavís, Nueva Andalucía and Marbella.
