# About

This is a brand-new, completed contemporary villa set on a hilltop plot of 2,750 m² in the heart of Monte Mayor, an exclusive gated community in the foothills of Benahavís, surrounded by a protected nature reserve. The south-facing position gives 270° views to the east, south and west over the green Monte Mayor valley, the mountains and the Mediterranean, with complete privacy thanks to the surrounding green zone. A century-old cork oak has been preserved on the plot, and the 600 m² walkable garden is a rare luxury in such a mountainous setting. With 835 m² of living space over two floors plus basement, the villa is laid out in clearly separated zones. The day area is a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining room under a 6-metre-high ceiling, with a 6-metre window framing the mountains and the pool. The night area, reached by the panoramic lift and connected by a catwalk across the double-height space, holds four spacious en-suite bedrooms; two open onto a large terrace overlooking the pool. The master suite has its own terrace, valley views, a walk-in wardrobe and a freestanding bathtub facing the mountains. Outside, the infinity pool with chill-out area is the centrepiece, made for sunsets on the horizon, next to a spacious lounge and barbecue area for entertaining. The basement includes a heated indoor pool finished in natural Bali stone, a three-car garage and almost 100 m² ready to be tailored to your lifestyle: sauna, gym, home cinema, wine cellar, tasting room, party lounge, laundry or staff room. Quality specifications include a three-stop panoramic lift, Cosentino Dekton countertops, Siemens StudioLine and Gaggenau appliances, a flush-mounted induction hob, a hidden breakfast station with pocket door, two oversized integrated fridges, handcrafted stone washbasins, recessed lighting, a ventilated limestone façade and a home automation system. The villa is finished and ready to move into. Price plus 10% VAT (new build).
