# About

Positioned directly on the beachfront in El Paraiso, along the New Golden Mile, this property offers a rare combination of scale, location and long-term potential. Set on an expansive plot with direct access to the sand and promenade, it represents an opportunity that is increasingly difficult to find along this stretch of coastline. Surrounded by established villas and mature landscaping, the property opens entirely towards the Mediterranean, where uninterrupted sea views and the sound of the shoreline become part of daily life. The garden extends naturally towards the beach, creating a sense of continuity between private space and the coastal environment. The existing residence is generous in both layout and proportion. The main villa includes multiple living areas designed for comfort and functionality, where interior spaces connect directly to covered terraces and outdoor living areas. A large swimming pool sits at the centre of the garden, framed by palm trees and open sky, creating a focal point for both relaxation and social use. In addition to the main residence, a separate guest house provides further accommodation, allowing flexibility for hosting guests, extended family or staff. In total, the property offers nine bedrooms and multiple living areas, supporting a variety of residential or lifestyle uses. The size and position of the plot allow for the development of up to two new beachfront villas, offering a clear investment angle for those looking to create contemporary homes in a prime coastal location. Whether retained and updated or fully redeveloped, the property presents a rare opportunity within the Marbella–Estepona market. The location further reinforces its value. El Paraiso sits along the New Golden Mile, within close reach of golf courses, beach clubs, restaurants and everyday amenities. Estepona town centre, San Pedro and Puerto Banús are all within a short drive, while Malaga Airport remains easily accessible for international travel. This is a property defined by position, scale and possibility. An opportunity to secure a true beachfront asset on the Costa del Sol, where the long-term value lies as much in the land as in the lifestyle it offers.
