# About

La Serena is a six-bedroom Andalusian villa on the beach side of San Pedro de Alcántara. The sand, the seafront promenade and the restaurants of San Pedro are all a few minutes' walk away. The villa sits on a 1,073 m² plot of mature palms and lawn, and its south-west orientation means the pool terrace gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening. Built in 2002 and completely renovated, the house keeps the arches, white façade and covered loggias of a classic Marbella villa, with interiors brought fully up to date. Inside are herringbone oak floors, fluted oak joinery, marble worktops and steel-framed glazing, with underfloor heating throughout. The ground floor is made for entertaining. There's a living room with a fireplace, a separate dining room, an open kitchen with a generous island, and a glass garden room that opens onto the terraces. Outside, covered and open terraces, a barbecue area and a heated saltwater pool set in a manicured lawn make the garden an extension of the house. There are six bedrooms, including a guest bedroom and a principal suite with a walk-in wardrobe, plus eight bathrooms, an office and a solarium. A dedicated wellness and leisure area brings together a spa with hammam and steam room, a jacuzzi, a gym, a cinema room, a games room and a wine cellar. The villa has 634 m² built over three levels, a smart home system, air conditioning, solar panels, an alarm and video entry, fibre internet, a carport for two cars and storage. It is sold fully furnished. Few homes of this size in San Pedro let you walk to the beach for breakfast and to the boulevard for dinner. This is one of them.
