With competition so intense for the classic top locations in Marbella, a lot of buyers have been recently focusing on newly up-and-coming residential areas. The area is also home to beach clubs, luxury spa resort hotels, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, professional services, international schools, tennis clubs and horse-riding centres, as well as two yacht harbours within a little more than ten minutes.
The coastal pathway that skirts most of the coast in this area has added further value as it draws people to stroll, exercise and enjoy the spectacular sunsets to be enjoyed from its various vantage points.
